Ben Narasin, through Fashionmall.com, inc., is an early stage venture investor both through his role as President of TriplePoint Ventures, the “venture” arm of TriplePoint Capital, and as a direct investor. Before crossing over to the dark side, Narasin was an entrepreneur for 25 years and founded one of the first commercial web businesses (fashionmall.com) in 1993 in New York City which he eventually took public in 1999 (Nasdaq: FASH). He later took that company private.

A serial entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of hands-on experience in the information technology, telecommunications and financial services industries, Alan has proven to successfully create and manage numerous high technology and payment processing startups.
Prior to ZipZap, Alan founded three start-ups: Beta Tech, a computer hardware/software company, California Commuter (CalCom), a telecommunications firm and Card Express Inc. (CardEx), a MasterCard prepaid card processor and program manager.
Alan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from California State University, Fullerton and his M.B.A. from University of Southern California (USC).
In recent years, Alan has returned to Cal State Fullerton as an Entrepreneur in Residence and an advisor to the university's Small Business Institute. Alan is an active member of, and frequently speaks to, several trade associations.
As a seasoned veteran and key innovator in the payments industry for more than 35 years, Art Kranzley serves as a trusted and expert advisor at ZipZap. Throughout his career, Art has identified new opportunities in the global payments business to maximize the leadership role of financial organizations in advance payment systems and technology. He has an extensive background in global e-commerce, mobile commerce, electronic B2B payments, smart cards and wireless implementation.
Most recently, Art served as Chief Emerging Technologies Officer and Executive Vice President of Advanced Payments for MasterCard Worldwide. During his 22 year tenure at MasterCard, Art held numerous leadership positions and was active in identifying efforts to promote safe, convenient and reliable payments in remote channels including the internet and mobile channels. He also developed and managed new products, platforms and programs such as PayPass. Prior to MasterCard, Art was responsible for corporate development in electronic financial services at Advanta Corporation and served as division vice president at Anacomp, Inc. where he supported all electronic banking system sales and marketing.
At the 2006 CardTech/SecurTech industry conference, Card Technology magazine
named Art “Visionary of the Year” and MasterCard was honored with the “Most Significant Implementation” award for PayPass. Art has served on various Boards including EMVCo, the Center for e-Business at MIT, Mondex, SetCo Secure Electronic Transaction, LLC and the Electronic Funds Transfer Association to name a few.
Art holds a Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace and mechanical engineering from Princeton University.
A veteran in the interactive entertainment and e-commerce industries, Brian Keller-Heikkila is the VP of Software Development for ZipZap, Inc. During Brian’s career spanning over 15 years, he has directly been responsible for developing several technologies, including multiple online alternative payment solutions, browser-based massively multi-player (MMO) games, e-commerce shopping carts, a high- traffic game news portal site and a shipping comparison calculator.
Prior to joining ZipZap, Brian was Chief Technology Officer of Webplus, Inc., a leading hosted e- commerce solution provider and MMOABC.com, an MMO game news portal.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Minnesota.
Claire Roberts is the SVP – Operations & Risk for ZipZap, Inc. She is responsible for managing operations, customer care, risk management and administrative functions. Claire brings more than 20 years of experience in the payments industry to ZipZap including management roles at leading financial institutions and card processing companies in operations, settlement, risk management, systems development and integration and customer service.
Prior to joining ZipZap, Claire was Senior Director for Risk Management at Blackhawk Network Inc., a leading provider of prepaid products. Claire is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area and a lifelong fan of the SF Giants
Sean brings over 7 years of payments industry marketing and product development experience to his role at ZipZap. He is well versed in the best practices for crafting meaningful user experiences while maintaining strict compliance with industry standards, including PCI.
Prior to joining ZipZap he served as the Vice President of Marketing and Product Development at Card Express, a pioneer in the prepaid space.
In his spare time Sean enjoys spending as much time away from the computer screen as possible. He dabbles as an independent film producer, is an avid outdoor enthusiast and is a licensed pilot.
He is pursuing a B.S. from the University of Southern California (USC) in Business and Cinematic Arts with a minor in Screenwriting.

Simon has over 30 years experience in payment processing, electronic payment infrastructures and money transfers.
Simon’s deep payment knowledge was developed by working in management positions at various institutions including the Federal Reserve Bank, MasterCard, CheckFree, Online Resources and Western Union. He specializes in new product and business development for payment-services. Simon’s experience includes consulting on electronic payment solutions for companies in the US as well as in Austria, Germany, Greece, Switzerland and the UK.
One of his major achievements was designing a private, electronic payment infrastructure that launched in 1982 and continues to be utilized by all of the banks and other providers of PC and phone-based consumer bill-payment services in the US. He also launched the first cash payment service for airline ticket purchases. Simon has published several articles on electronic bill payments, has presented at payment conferences in the US and Europe, and is a recognized leader and innovator in electronic payment processing.
Simon received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and his MA from Tulane University.
